How To Figure Out The Odds In Sports Betting

How To Figure Out Odds For Sports Betting
Are you having a problem in figuring out the odds in sports betting and how much you need to bet to win a certain amount of money? If so, you are not alone. I'm finding that most sports bettors do not know how to figure out the odds in a certain sporting event.
Enough. If you want to be a winner in sports betting, then you need to be able to figure out the odds. Do you know that you can be a winner in sports betting by only winning 33% of your straight bets? How you might ask.
Well, the 33% straight betting system works like in the following matter:
1. you will place a series of bets of up to six bets
2. you will set a unit predetermined unit size in the amount of X, 2X, 4X, 6X, 8X, 12.5X
3. "X" is your unit size
You will place only one bet at a time under this system. Thus, when you reach a profit in the series, you collect your winnings and start another series using the predetermined amounts in the series until you make a profit within the six games. If you have figured out the odds and know that a team can win at least 1 or 2 games, then use this system.
Thus, betting on sports is all about making a bet on the outcome of a sporting event and to make money on it. This means that you must study each game or the progress of each team with a systematic approach. You then must check the odds at the various sports books. Odds are basically predicting if an outcome will occur or not. As a rule, the lesser the sports betting odds, the more probable it is that the outcome will happen. The odds makers for the sports books take into account every potential factor which may have an effect on the result of a game. The odds makers then identify the odds by considering several factors such as the weather conditions, quality of the teams, match history, the desire to win and so on. All these issues are then taken into account and they form a figure, which is satisfactory to both sides of the wager. The basic digits are then calculated and analysed.
Thus, you must do what the odds makers do and come up with an odd on a game. To do this, I suggest that you follow the basic guidelines below to raise your percentage of winners.
1. Wager on really bad highlights teams! Generally, strong sports teams win the game, but sometimes do not win the game by the spread.
2. Stay away how from sucker wagers. In particular, we are talking about teaser and parlay bets.
3. Check out the line movements. If there is a major line movement, there is a reason!
4. Avoid the accepting of bad information and check everything out for yourself.
5. Do not chase your losses - USE A PROVEN SYSTEM.
Of course, the way to win in sports gambling is to make sure that the odds you are getting paid at are longer than the true odds of an event happening. This is easier said than can happen in sports betting. However, there are a number of factors that a sports bettor should consider, including injuries on both teams, how teams perform in certain weather conditions, which team has the home field advantage, etc. Understanding these ideas will not give you an exact odds calculation regarding how likely a team is to win, but it can give you a framework to contrast against the payout odds when making your wagers
